I’m Rosie Hatton, founder of Now To Next and creator of VITAL™ - a practical way to make sense of human change when the stakes are high and the path is anything but straightforward.

I call myself a strategic change sensemaker - which is a bit like a troubleshooter - and I'm a systems thinker who works with senior leaders in Digital and Creative organisations.

In the AI era, the hardest part of transformation isn’t the tech, it’s the humans who, as well as their genius, bring the stuff that quietly muddies the waters and knocks progress off course - the uncertainty, the frictions and hidden tensions, and the limiting beliefs.

I have hands‑on, deep transformation experience and executive‑level credibility from years of working with C‑suites in complex organisations, where every decision has consequences and trade‑offs are real. On a personal level, living with Multiple Sclerosis - a chronic condition that embodies constant, unpredictable change - has forced me to get ruthlessly clear about what really matters and where to focus my energy. Together, these perspectives mean I can help you face hard truths without flinching, hold on to hopeful futures without naivety, and still take coherent, humane action over time.
